Recondition Action—Tighten all action screws, replace bridle tapes and other defective parts, install new hammers.
Regulation, Tuning—Complete regulation, using new underkey punchings. Tune to A-440.

IMPROVEMENTS COMPLETED:
Recondition Action—Recondition action (clean & tighten screws, reshape hammers, replace defective hammer shanks & hammer springs.
Complete Cleaning--Clean cabinet interior, strings, pressure bar, keybed, keypins, pedal mechanisms.
Partial Regulation—Increase key dip. All regulation adjustments to ensure that piano plays like new. Adjust pitch & tune.
