Ribbon mahogany cabinet. Built in 1925. Rebuilt and Refinished by Ray’s Piano Service, 2009
IMPROVEMENTS COMPLETED:
Restring Bass—Dismantle. Remove bass strings, pins. Install new bass strings and pins. Recondition pedal mechanisms.
Recondition Action—Clean, reshape hammers, tighten screws, install new bridle tapes, repair or replace defective parts.
Complete Regulation—Install new underkey punchings. Make regulation adjustments to ensure that piano plays like new: key height, key leveling, hammer blow distance, lost motion, let-off, sustain, spoons. Tune to A-440
Reassemble—Reinstall pedal board, fallboard, lid and panels.
