Model 803-I. "Like new"satin walnut cabinet. Built in 1982. Reconditioned & regulated by Ray's Piano Service in 2007

Recondition Action—Tighten all action screws, replace defective parts. Recondition pedal mechanisms.
Regulation, Tuning—Complete regulation. Tune to A-440.

IMPROVEMENTS COMPLETED:
Rebuild—Dismantle. Remove bass strings & pins, strings. Repair bass bridge. Restring & repin bass. Reassemble
Recondition action—Tighten all action screws. Repair or replace worn and defective action parts. Install new Abel (German) hammers. Tune. Pre-voice. Additional voicing as necessary
Complete Regulation—Install new pedals if available, clean & polish if not. All regulation adjustments to ensure that piano plays like new (hammer blow distance, key height & leveling, capstans, letoff, key dip, sustain, soft pedal, key dip). Tune to A-440.
