50" Kimball Upright #75032
Mahogany cabinet. Built in 1900. Rebuilt by Ray’s Piano Service, Winter 2002-2003
IMPROVEMENTS COMPLETED:
Rebuild—Dismantle. Remove strings, pins, plate. Repair bass bridge. Repair and refinish sound board and bridges. Re-install plate. Install new strings and pins. Rebuild pedal mechanisms.
Recondition Action—Clean, install new hammers, install new bridle tapes, install new damper pads, tighten screws, replace additional defective parts, rebush keys as needed. Install new black ebony keytops.
Complete Regulation—Install new underkey punchings. Make adjustments to ensure that piano plays like new: key height, key levelling, hammer blow distance, lost motion, letoff, sustain, spoons. Tune to A-440.

Tall, beautifully carved oak cabinet. Built in 1903. Restored by Ray's Piano Service in 2005
IMPROVEMENTS COMPLETED:
Dismantle, Clean—Dismantle. Clean interior. Check casters, replace if necessary. Rebuild pedal mechanisms, install new pedals.
Recondition action—Tighten action screws. Install new hammers, dampers, bridle tapes, catcher leather. Replace defective parts.
Complete Regulation—All adjustments to ensure that piano plays like new, using new underkey punchings. Tune to A-440
Refinish--Strip cabinet & panels, repair as needed, sand, stain, sealer, lacquer. Install new buttons, knobs, fallboard decal. Grind & polish ivory keytops.

Refinish—Repair & strip cabinet & bench. Apply walnut stain, sealer & lacquer. Install new rubber buttons. Install new fallboard decal. Replate pedals.

Regulate—All adjustments to ensure that piano plays like new. Tune to A-440.

IMPROVEMENTS COMPLETED:
Rebuild—Dismantle. Remove pins, strings, and plate. Replace bass bridge. Repair and refinish soundboard and bridges. Restring & Repin. Reassemble
Recondition action—Tighten all action screws. Repair or replace worn and defective action parts as agreed with owner: replace broken brass flanges, especially in bass dampers. Install new hammers and dampers.
Complete Regulation—Replace underkey felt punchings and key cloth. All regulation adjustments to ensure that piano plays like new (hammer blow distance, key height & leveling, capstans, letoff, key dip, sustain, soft pedal, key dip). Tune to A-440.

IMPROVEMENTS:
Recondition-Clean strings and piano interior, install new hammers & shanks, tighten all action screws, replace defective action parts, complete regulation, tuning.
Refinish--Dismantle, clean and polish hinges & metal parts, strip all exterior surfaces, sand & repair veneer, apply grain filler & black stain, apply finish, reassemble.
