53" Marshall & Wendell Upright #98791 (1923)
Traditional mahogany cabinet.. Reconditioned in November 2015 for the owner in Eden Prairie, MN.
IMPROVEMENTS:
Complete Cleaning--Clean strings, pressure bar, keybed, keypins, pedal mechanisms.
Recondition Action—Reshape hammers, Tighten action screws, Replace or repair defective parts, Clean & lubricate.
Clean Keys--Grind chipped keys to front edge, clean tops & sides.
Complete Regulation—All adjustments to ensure that piano plays like new, tune to A-440.
